Le Puy-en-Velay signs two young players from Boulogne, Emmanuel Kouassi and Florian Boulet, who leave the Côte d'Opale after two seasons. The two players, aged 23, were mostly playing in the reserve team (R1) while training with the first team. Kouassi was the closest to breaking through, being titularized three times in Ligue 2, but his poor performance at Annecy led to the arrival of Vincent Burlet. This is an opportunity for the duo to finally make a name for themselves after trying out various professional clubs without success. At Le Puy-en-Velay, they have everything to succeed.
